Interactive Epidemiology Models
The Epidemiology Models apply forecast trends in Epidemiology data to the demographic forecasts (age by gender by income) to provide detailed estimates of the number of cases for each of a range of diseases. As the forecasts are done by 5 year age groups and by gender the detail is quite high. They also provide estimates of the number of persons with the disease who can afford treatment given a specific price and funding scenario.
